Please join us on on Wednesday, June 26 for the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness outreach webinar Optimize Your Social Connections to Improve Your Health and Resilience with Alaina Hansom, PhD, HPRC Social Fitness Scientist at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. EST.

During this engaging webinar, Alaina Hansom, Ph.D., will present strategies for Army Soldiers to increase their social connections for better health and resilience. Among other subjects she will cover are the Total Force Fitness Framework, relational health, benefits of self-disclosure, and the link between resilience and a strong social network. As a social fitness scientist for Human Performance Resources by CHAMP, Alaina Hansom, Ph.D., develops and delivers evidence-based educational materials about aspects of social fitness, such as workplace relationships and culture. An expert in interpersonal relationships, family communication, relational health and military Families, she has a doctorate from Arizona State University and a master’s from San Diego University.
