Established in 2020, QOL TF focuses on addressing the emerging priorities of the service’s senior leaders through 10 strategic lines of effort aimed at tackling the issues that affect the Total Service. The lines of effort include:

  • Army Community Service
  • Child, Youth and School Services
  • Exceptional Family Member Program
  • Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation
  • Economic Security
  • Health Care
  • Housing
  • Permanent-Change-of-Station Moves
